Thank You to Our Partners and Participating Agencies

We want to extend our sincere appreciation to the organizations that have made this service possible through their generous partnership and participation.

A grant from the Oregon Department of Forestry funded the initial launch of this community wildfire safety resource. This support allowed PFS to expand this platform to help Oregon residents stay informed about local burn restrictions, fire weather, and wildfire risks.

We also want to recognize our incredible municipal and rural fire department partners across the western United States. Their willingness to integrate with our system is helping to create a seamless information resource that genuinely serves their communities.

Local fire authorities' participation and testing has been essential in enabling real-time burn status, permitting and updates for their areas. We are deeply grateful for these agencies' commitment to modernizing burn management and prioritizing public outreach.

As B4UB expands statewide, we hope more departments will join us in this pursuit of better fire communication and coordination. Our goal is to unify jurisdictions across Oregon so that everyone benefits from safer, smarter wildfire awareness.

We want to thank again our initial sponsors and partners who have made the launch of this website possible. We look forward to growing these relationships and the impact of this public resource for years to come.

Please explore our site, learn more about local wildfire risks and regulations, and contact your fire department to get involved! Together, we can build strong community wildfire resiliency across Oregon.
