Here's what to expect: A new agency will be provisioned with an initial default configuration within one business day of this request.

The contact will receive login instructions, an onboarding workflow, and an invitation to join the PFS admin community at the email address provided.

The PFS Implementation team will work with the contact making requested content changes, and answering support questions during this onboarding period.

You will be copied on this provisioning email and any responses to support requests between the PFS implementation team and this contact.

Questions such as “how should I...” will be politely redirected to the PFS admin portal, or to you.
