Agency Provisioning Request
Please complete this form to request an agency account for the Before You Burn program. All fields are required to begin activation.
Start with the Free Plan — Activate Now
Agencies may begin participation immediately with the Free Plan, at no cost. This allows your agency to:
- Appear in BeforeYouBurn search results for your jurisdiction
- Display correct contact information for residents
- Communicate whether outdoor debris burning is currently open or closed
- Ensure residents are directed to the right agency for guidance
There is no commitment required to get started.
Your agency will be visible to the public as soon as setup is complete.
Upgrade Options (Optional)
Agencies that issue burn permits, manage multiple zones, or want automated alerts and reporting may be eligible for the Pro Plan.
Pro Plan availability and pricing vary and may already be covered for your agency through:
- A statewide or regional partner
- A county or multi-agency authority
- An approved sponsor
If your agency qualifies, the BeforeYouBurn team will review options with you after submission.
Pro Plan pricing is handled by conversation — we'll help determine eligibility, coverage, and next steps based on your jurisdiction.
What Happens Next
After you submit this request:
- Your agency will be provisioned with an initial Free Plan setup
- Your primary contact will receive login instructions and onboarding guidance
- The PFS implementation team will assist with:
- Verifying agency details
- Answering setup questions
- Discussing optional upgrades or sponsored access, if applicable
Most agencies are provisioned within one business day of submission.
Important Notes
- Agencies may remain on the Free Plan indefinitely
- Sponsorship or regional coverage does not affect burn policy authority
- Participation is designed to improve public clarity and wildfire prevention
