The mission of the State Fire Marshal is to protect life, property and the environment from fires and hazardous materials in the State of Nevada.

Public Contact Information

The State Fire Marshal Division's mission is accomplished by the development and application of fire prevention education, fire service training, fire protection engineering, licensing/permitting and investigative/enforcement services delivered directly or in coordination with the public safety community.
