About Us

The Turner Fire District proudly serves the communities of Turner and Marion in Oregon. We are a combination fire department with both career firefighters and volunteers working together to protect lives and property.

History

The Turner Fire District was formed in 1943 to provide fire protection services to the growing communities of Turner and Marion. We started as an all-volunteer department and have evolved over the decades into a combination department. Our first fire station was located in downtown Turner and we have since expanded to multiple stations throughout our service area.

Mission

Our mission is to provide the highest level of fire protection, emergency medical services, fire prevention, and public education to the citizens and communities we serve. We are dedicated to saving lives, protecting property, and enhancing public safety through service, teamwork, and professionalism.
