The Harbor Rural Fire Protection District serves the Harbor, Oregon area and its surrounding rural communities by providing essential fire protection, emergency medical services, and rescue operations.

The Harbor Rural Fire Protection District was established to meet the fire protection and emergency response needs of the Harbor community and neighboring rural areas.
