The Harbor Rural Fire Protection District serves the Harbor, Oregon area and its surrounding rural communities by providing essential fire protection, emergency medical services, and rescue operations.

The Harbor Rural Fire Protection District was established to meet the fire protection and emergency response needs of the Harbor community and neighboring rural areas. The district operates with a team of trained professionals and dedicated volunteers who are focused on delivering high-quality service and maintaining a high level of preparedness. Through continuous training, community engagement, and cooperation with other emergency services, the district ensures a prompt and effective response to a variety of emergencies. The mission of the Harbor Rural Fire Protection District is to enhance public safety, promote fire prevention, and provide swift, effective emergency services to protect the lives and property of its residents.
