Riddle Fire District

The Riddle Fire Protection District covers the area surrounding the town of Riddle in Douglas County, Oregon. The district's eastern boundary runs roughly along Interstate 5 and the South Umpqua River corridor, extending from near the Weaver/Tri-City area in the north down past Riddle toward the Canyonville vicinity in the south. The western boundary extends into the forested hills along Cow Creek, reaching as far as the Cow Creek Back Country Byway and Island Creek Day Use area. The southern edge dips below Cow Creek before curving back east. Several exclusion gaps appear on the western side, creating an irregular, stepped edge.
